Sky Tower

My entry for the first round of Sugi Showdown , though it's not exactly 'sugi' '^^

I had this idea and thought the background would look cooler without outlines, and I went on with that idea

The Charmander and Bulbasaur were my first team in my first PMD gameplay: Red Rescue Team, and this is the last 'main story' dungeon you have to go to: Sky Tower, where you need to get Rayquaza to stop the meteor causing disasters, which isn't an easy task '--
